Amy has developed and facilitated dozens of workshops on healthy eating practices, mindfulness, sports nutrition, meal planning, meditation, functional mobility and conditioning, and safe cleansing, detoxing, and fasting. If you have a specific workshop or series in mind she can adapt her expertise to fit your needs. All workshops are interactive and intended to give participants tangible and actionable items to take with them upon completion.
